Article 1 – Parties

The person or legal entity whose name, address, contact, and billing/shipping details are entered during the checkout process on the website.


Article 2 – Subject

This Distance Sales Contract regulates the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale, payment, and delivery of the products and/or services ordered electronically through the website.


Article 3 – Product / Service Information

The type, quantity, unit price, total sales price, payment details, and delivery information of the product(s) and/or service(s) ordered by the Buyer shall be specified on the relevant product page and at the checkout stage.

The total amount, including applicable taxes and other charges, shall be clearly displayed to the Buyer before the order is confirmed.


Article 4 – Order and Payment

The Buyer places an order electronically through the website by selecting the relevant product(s) and completing the checkout process.

Payments may be made through secure online payment systems integrated into the website, including PayTR, as well as other payment methods made available by the Seller.

The order shall become valid only after payment approval is successfully received.

If the payment is not approved by the relevant payment institution or bank, the order shall not be considered completed.


Article 5 – Delivery

The ordered product(s) shall be delivered to the delivery address provided by the Buyer during checkout, within the legal period and depending on stock availability, product type, destination, customs procedures, and logistics conditions.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the nature of the order and delivery location.

Shipping, transport, customs, insurance, and similar charges, if applicable, shall be presented to the Buyer during the ordering process or determined according to the commercial terms agreed between the parties.


Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

If the Buyer qualifies as a consumer under the applicable legislation, the Buyer may have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery date, without providing any reason, unless the ordered goods fall under the exceptions defined by the applicable legislation.

The right of withdrawal may not apply to:

  • goods produced or supplied in line with the Buyer’s special requests,

  • goods prepared specifically for industrial or commercial orders,

  • products that are not suitable for return due to their nature,

  • other products and services excluded under Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing within the legal period.


Article 7 – Refund Policy

If the Buyer validly exercises the right of withdrawal and the return conditions are met, the payment collected for the relevant order shall be refunded within 14 days from the date the withdrawal notice reaches the Seller, in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Refunds shall be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise required by law or mutually agreed by the parties.

Any return shipping or related costs shall be determined according to the applicable legislation and the return conditions stated on the website.


Article 8 – Buyer’s Declarations

The Buyer declares that they have read and understood the preliminary information, product/service details, total price, payment conditions, delivery conditions, and refund/return conditions presented on the website before confirming the order electronically.

The Buyer agrees that the order confirmation and payment completion constitute acceptance of this contract.


Article 9 – Dispute Resolution

In disputes arising from this contract, the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the Republic of Turkey shall have jurisdiction within the limits set by applicable legislation.

For disputes of a commercial nature, the competent courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul may also have jurisdiction, depending on the legal status of the Buyer and the nature of the transaction.


Article 10 – Entry into Force

This contract enters into force when the Buyer approves the order electronically on the website and the payment is successfully completed.
