Products that cannot be returned due to their nature after delivery

If the payment was made through a secure online payment system, the refund will be processed through the same payment provider.
If the return is due to an error made by Falcon Trading (such as incorrect or defective products), the return shipping cost will be covered by the company.
If the return is requested for reasons other than product defects, shipping costs may be the responsibility of the buyer.
Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
